No one wants to think about one’s final day,  but having a plan for your family and loved ones can give one peace in a desperate or devastating time. In order to complete the Transformational Organizational process, you need to have a written plan for your children, pets, your estate and your financial obligations. Every one should have a will and an important component of the Transformational Organization process is to complete a legal Last Will and Testament. Get referrals for an estate attorney to assist you in making the best decisions for your family. If you prefer to make a Will until you can meet with an attorney, there are many resources available to you in order to complete your wishes. I purchased a computer program called PC Attorney which has a Last Will and Testament feature. This program cost me 20.00 but had so many useful, legal forms, it was well worth the money spent. If you prefer, collaborate with several friends and all chip in to purchase the software. Then each person can take a turn making their Will or using any of the other legal features included in the software.

You must have your Will legally notarized.  Send a copy to the person whom will be executing the will and store one in your important document storage along with your other important documents. When updates to your will are made, remember to send the updates to the executor. If you feel more comfortable with having a will prepared by an attorney, seek referrals from friends and before going for your visit, have a list of all the specifics you will want included in the will. Ultimately it is critical for you to express your final wishes in writing and ensuring that it is legal as per the requirements of your state.
