Now that you have completed the Transformation Organization process, you will want to develop a system for maintaining your happy and harmonious home while continuing the health and beauty routines. What normally occurs with busy households is that during the workweek, everything lapses into disorganization and chaos and then the week ends are spent frantically trying to restore order. The result is burnout, exhaustion, depression and feeling overwhelmed. You will end up back where you started before you began this process. Therefore we need a system for maintaining whereas you will have days that include no cleaning or housework to truly reserve time for family, creative ventures, traveling and enjoying your life. I am going to include some suggestions for a system of organizing your housework so that each day includes the cleaning of a room. On this schedule you will notice that you cover most of the house in four days during the week which leaves Friday through Sunday as free days for your other interests.  These are just suggestions, so please establish a system that works for your schedule.

MONDAY CLEANING
