Vital Vitamins

 

img_2247.jpgNow is the time to start incorporating vitamins to our daily beauty and health routine. Begin by gathering all your vitamins and supplements in a bin or basket. You might be surprised about the amount of vitamins you have in the cabinets, medicine cabinet and cupboards of your home. These vitamins are a valuable resource that you have invested much money in (vitamins can be expensive). Our goal is to utilize these that we have on hand to begin a daily vitamin regimen to improve our vitality. You can separate these into daily vitamin pouches or holders to facilitate your taking them daily.

Ensure that you check the expiration dates of the vitamins/supplements and discard any that have expired.  Conduct your own research as to the vitamins that you wish to take and make a list to purchase these as you use the vitamins you already have. Use coupons when available to purchase these and incorporate these into your daily routine.   It is prudent to inform your health care provider that you will begin to take vitamins and supplements to improve your health. Take that list with you during your next doctor visit.   At the very least, a daily multi- vitamin supplement is important. The results will be that you look and feel better; the overarching goal of the Transformational Organization process. In addition, you are capitalizing on this resource to improve your health and daily life. Don’t forget your beauty routine!
