It is very important to keep all of the documents which came with your computer. I suggest housing all computer related items in a separate accordion file so that when service is needed, all the information can be utilized by technicians. Start up disks, originial paperwork, purchase receipt and warrantee information should be kept here as well.  This has saved me anguish multiple times as my computer needed service.  The technician was very impressed that all I needed to do was hand him the file with everything that he needed to be able to repair  my computer.  Also, the times that I have needed service within the warrantee period, these documents proved vital to avoid  paying for repairs.  This strategy will save you time, money and frustration.  Therefore, today’s task is to gather all of these documents/items now and put them in an accordion file Label a separate section for each  computer/device that you have.  Later in the Transformational Organization process, we will address routine maintenance of the computers and electronic devices to keep them running properly and protect their safety.
